Our homemade bread, Su Pistoccu and Sa Turredda, and typical first courses such as Culurgiones and Ladeddos are prepared at the moment and in front of the guests, who can also have fun participating in the experience of preparation.
The local meat for our main courses - Piglet, Goat and various cuts of beef from the grill - are always cooked on sight, to guarantee freshness, quality and transparency.

In 2019, thanks to the collaboration with Salvatore, our pizzeria was born, bringing new energy and creativity to the gastronomic proposal of the Piscin'e Janas Restaurant and Pizzeria.
Our slow-rising dough makes pizzas light and digestible, while cooking in a wood oven gives crunch and authentic flavor.
The ingredients are always fresh and of high quality, carefully selected to guarantee an unmistakable taste, faithful to tradition but open to experimentation.

Our artisanal pasta, prepared with love and skill, is the heart of dishes that enhance the senses and tell the gastronomic tradition of the territory.
Our chefs dedicate time and care to creating typical formats such as Culurgiones and Ladeddos, true Sardinian specialties.
The Culurgiones, with their characteristic crescent shape, hold a rich and enveloping filling, while the Ladeddos, based on egg pasta, are perfectly combined with thick and tasty sauces.
All our first courses are freshly prepared, to guarantee freshness and quality in every serving.
You can choose between traditional sauces such as goat ragù, tomato and basil sauce and other seasonal proposals.
